We offer a wide range of services covering line installation, rental, system installation, maintenance and fault management. Our business telephone systems include traditional PBX systems from Samsung and Avaya, together with internet-based IP or Cloud solutions. These work with both digital and IP handsets. To enhance our customers’ business systems, we also offer a range of ancillary features such as call recording, an indispensable tool when it comes to training staff, call logging for answering rates and cost analysis, and database integration.
For hosted telephony, users lease a small slice of the provider’s virtual system, which means that they don’t have to invest in capital equipment. The low start-up costs result in a higher operating cost, but there are advantages of scalability and flexibility. We offer two main systems – Cisco and Polycom – both of which are high-spec solutions.
We can offer direct network services to our business systems customers, but also to stand-alone customers and our direct relationship with BT means that we can buy at substantially reduced prices. For those customers who have existing lines, we can look at reducing costs, and help with adding or relocating lines by reviewing the customer’s analogue, ISDN or SIP requirements.
For internet access, we offer high-quality ASDL broadband through BT and other tier one providers, and typically install routers and network switches during the implementation of internet services. Alternatively, for customers requiring additional connectivity, we offer leased lines or EFM (Ethernet over First Mile), or wireless SDSL, allowing symmetrical bandwidth both upstream and downstream in line with the needs of many of our business customers.
We also offer comprehensive mobile products and systems along with video conference services, IT and server installations, and our own vehicle tracking service.
