A Support Partner You Can Trust
One of the most common questions we are asked during the process of a phone system installation is, “How much disruption will there be?”, which leads us to think many people have had bad experiences with new system installations previously.
Whilst nobody can promise zero impact during a process like this, for twenty years we have been finding ways to reduce the risk of disruption when installing systems. Proper planning is obviously the biggest factor, timing is also important (i.e. we can schedule the change-over for your quietest time of the week) and having a disaster recovery plan in place is crucial.
We will install your new system in parallel with your current system (if applicable), so that when it comes to the scheduled change-over, then it is usually a matter of a few minutes for calls to trip across from one system to another. Sometimes it can be a few seconds, or on occasion, we will have to liaise with our partners BT Openreach, but we are hugely experienced in how to keep disruption to a minimum.
Our engineers also understand the importance of peoples’ private working spaces. A common grumble about field engineers is that my desk wasn’t like this on Friday. Our engineers know it is important to leave working environments as they found them.
